The location was fantastic - very close to the airport.

The location was fantastic - very close to the airport. The free shuttle helped a lot.

My only criticism of the property was the cleanliness. There was garbage from a previous guest under the sink, dead bugs in the light fixtures and mold in the tiles of the bathroom that needs to be scrubbed. Otherwise, the property was great!

The convenience was perfect.

The convenience was perfect. Restaurants right in the building and easy access to the airport shuttle. The room was extremely spacious and having a microwave in the room was definitely a plus. If I have to stay at a hotel again before a flight I will definitely go back!

It took a little while to get the room heated but, in fairness, it was an extremely cold night.

Great location, I think it would be hard to find of they hadn't of picked us up.

I liked that we were picked up from the airport because we had so many bags. The location was great as well if you are leaving from the Terminal 1 of Incheon.

The shower was broken and the head of the shower was flying everywhere in the shower.

Close to the airport, comfy mattress

Room was badly cleaned as we found a half eaten chocolate bar in the kitchen and the bedding had stains on it. We were only provided one towel when it was two of us staying in a two bed room. Overall the room didn’t feel like a place you wanted to stay even for one night. Though there was a free shuttle bus, it was only to terminal 1.

Excellent location and good amenities nearby. Reception very helpful, helps print boarding pass.

Location is excellent. Many choices of restaurants. Can get unused T money refund at C u nearby.

Appreciate if cutlery is provided. We book for 4 persons but only 3 mugs were provided. The sink drainer is rusty and due to replaced.

Worth the money

Spacious and clean. Well equipped with a kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a huge tv. We stayed there a night before we catch our early morning flight back to Malaysia and it was worth it. The check in/check out process was fast and easy. At 5am we just walked across the street and took a shuttle bus to the airport which only took less than 10 mins from the hotel.

Good, decent place to stay if you’re just looking for somewhere close to the airport for a good price.The free shuttle bus drops you off right next to the hotel.

Rooms are a bit dated and could have been cleaner, found a few hairs on the floor when I arrived.

Lay your head down during transit

It is very easy to access and find as per the instructions. You have a place to shower, sleep comfortably and then move on back to the airport for your onward connecting flight. Having travelled between Venice to Sydney, the three hour deep sleep and shower in Seoul was heavenly.

The place is very hard to find, the reception is on 4th floor of the building, but there’s no indicator in the lobby, and I have to ask the convenience store owner, and the owner told me I’m not the only one.

Close to airport and good for stopover.

Location close to airport - easily accessible once the taxi drivers understand where you want to go! Clean rooms and good size.

Location of residence and reception very poorly indicated. Very little to do/see in area - so only for stopover in or out of Incheon Airport.
